- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements.
- Manage the company's accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process journal entries and maintain accounting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine tax laws, accounting standards, and government regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG reports and other statutory requirements.
- Monitor company expenses and assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing the necessary documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
