Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service at petrol stations.
- Assist customers in refueling their vehicles safely.
- Monitor fuel levels and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pump area.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Educate customers on products and services available.
- Assist customers with fuel purchases, maintain cleanliness, and handle transactions.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, outdoor work, and possible weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, reliable, attentive to detail, and able to work well under pressure.
