Job Summary

The Pump Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service while safely dispensing fuel, handling payments, maintaining station cleanliness, and assisting customers with their needs. The role ensures smooth daily station operations and a positive customer experience aligned with UNO Fuel standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely and assist them with fuel requests

• Safely dispense fuel according to company and safety standards

• Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately

• Issue receipts and maintain proper transaction records

• Promote fuel products, promos, and loyalty programs

• Maintain cleanliness of pumps, forecourt, and station area

• Check for fuel leaks or safety hazards and report immediately

• Assist customers with basic vehicle concerns when needed

• Follow shift schedules and company policies

• Work closely with station supervisors and teammates

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or College Level

• With or Without Experience (Training Provided)

• Honest, hardworking, and trustworthy

• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

• Good customer service and communication skills

• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors
