Description
- Maintain gardens and landscapes by planting, pruning, watering, and weeding.
- Assist in the design and layout of new garden spaces.
- Monitor the growth of plants and identify any pest or disease issues.
- Utilize gardening tools and equipment properly to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication to clients regarding garden care.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of gardening techniques and tools
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and a passion for horticulture
- Working Conditions: Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow instructions and work independently
