₱16,000 – ₱20,000 per month

Job Summary:

The Gardener is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall health of garden and outdoor areas. The role includes gardening, landscaping, irrigation maintenance, outdoor upkeep, and assisting with general facility maintenance to ensure safe and aesthetically pleasing surroundings.

Key Responsibilities:

Gardening & Landscaping

Plant, water, fertilize, trim, and prune plants, shrubs, and trees.

Maintain flower beds, lawns, and seasonal landscaping.

Inspect and care for green spaces to ensure healthy plant growth.

Weed and mulch garden areas to maintain cleanliness and appearance.

Maintain and repair irrigation systems for proper water distribution.

Outdoor Maintenance

Clean and maintain outdoor areas such as walkways, patios, and outdoor furniture.

Ensure outdoor lighting, signage, and amenities are functioning properly.

General Maintenance

Assist with minor building repairs, painting, and maintenance tasks.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility concerns.

Safety & Compliance

Follow safety procedures in handling gardening tools, fertilizers, and equipment.

Ensure all landscaping activities comply with safety and environmental standards.

Inventory Management

Monitor gardening supplies and equipment inventory.

Recommend purchase of necessary tools and materials.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or related work

Knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, plant care, and pest control

Ability to operate lawnmowers, trimmers, and gardening tools

Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair work

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Good communication and teamwork skills

Willing to work outdoors and in different weather conditions

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to bend, kneel, stand, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
