Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate
• With experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance
• Knowledgeable in planting, pruning, watering, and lawn care
• Familiar with gardening tools and equipment
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors
• Hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Willing to render overtime when needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, gardens, plants, and landscaped areas
• Water, fertilize, and trim plants, trees, and shrubs
• Mow grass and remove weeds regularly
• Plant flowers, trees, and ornamental plants as assigned
• Clean and maintain outdoor areas, pathways, and grounds
• Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment
• Monitor plant health and report pests or plant diseases
• Follow safety procedures while performing landscaping work
