Description
- Maintain and cultivate garden areas to ensure healthy plant growth.
- Perform regular weeding, pruning, and planting of flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Monitor plant health and treat for pests and diseases as necessary.
- Implement landscaping projects and enhance outdoor aesthetics.
- Assist in managing irrigation systems to optimize water usage.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of horticulture and gardening techniques
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Working Conditions: Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
