Motion Designer Job Requirements:

1. Skill Requirements:

Proficient in Spine (2D skeletal animation) and After Effects; Familiar with common design software such as Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator; Familiar with Figma (for collaboration with UI/UX teams).

2. Motion Design Skills:

UI animation (transitions, button feedback, loading animations);

Game 2D animation (special effects animation, character skeletal animation);

A keen grasp of rhythm, duration, and motion curves; proficiency in animation principles: easing, following, delay, elasticity, etc.;

Ability to edit/produce videos;

3. Job Requirements:

Design/art/animation majors preferred, but portfolio quality is preferred;

2+ years of motion design experience, familiarity with basic toolchains, and real-world project experience;

Excellent teamwork and communication skills (working with UI designers and developers);
