Position: Senior Studio Operations Producer

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Day Shift (Monday-Friday)

Salary: Up to Php 300,000+ gross

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Game Development, Computer Science, Multimedia Arts, Business, or any related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in game production, project management, or similar roles in the gaming industry.
• At least 5 years of proven leadership experience handling teams or production units.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end game development projects (mobile, PC, console, or online).
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum processes and gaming compliance standards (e.g., GLI, BMM, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead the full game development lifecycle from concept planning up to launch and post-release support.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, and overall production delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as designers, developers, artists, QA, and external partners.
• Monitor project progress, resolve production risks, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Act as the main communication bridge between management, stakeholders, and development teams while improving workflow efficiency.
