Position: Senior Game Producer

Industry: Gaming Company

Work Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa

Schedule: Regular Work Schedule / Week ends off

Salary: Php 150,000 - Php 300,000 gross

Work Setup: Onsite

Job Requirements;

Bachelor’s degree in Game Development, Computer Science, Multimedia Arts, Business, or related field.

At least 10 years of experience in game production or project management.

at least 5years work experience in leadership role.

Proven experience handling full-cycle game development projects.

Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in the gaming industry.

Background in mobile, PC, console, or online games is preferred.

Familiarity with regulatory test cycles (GLI, BMM, equivalent)

Responsibilities and Duties;

Lead the overall game development process from concept to launch and post-launch operations.

Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including artists, programmers, designers, QA, and external vendors.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality game products.

Identify production risks and implement effective solutions to avoid delays.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders, development teams, and management.

Oversee Agile/Scrum production processes and improve team workflows.
