Job Overview:

The Senior Studio Producer serves as the on-the-ground operating leader for our SpinForge studio in the Philippines.

This role owns the day-to-day rhythm, gate discipline, and cross-discipline execution required to deliver premium casino slot titles for the global market. Responsibilities include concurrently managing multiple titles across all pipeline phases—from concept and production to regulatory submission and launch— while balancing resource allocation, maintaining strict regulatory compliance, and upholding the highest quality standards.

This senior position requires establishing studio operating standards, managing visible stakeholder relationships across the US, Japan, and external disciplines, and building high-performing, sustainable development teams.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Install and run the daily, weekly, and monthly cadence the studio operates by.

2. Make the production schedule, gate status and asset progress visible to anyone at any time.

3. Own the master schedule across all concurrent titles and the flow of resources between them as titles ramp up and ramp down.

4. Build and hold the standard for what gate readiness actually means before any title advances.

5. Manage multiple titles in active development at the same time, each at a different gate phase.

6. Balance the flow of internal talent across concept, preproduction, production, prototype and submission phases so no title starves for resources and no team sits idle.

7. Anticipate pipeline bottlenecks weeks ahead and rebalance before they become delivery risks.

8. Coordinate regulatory test timing across titles to optimize lab capacity and submission cycles.

9. Lead a cross discipline agile team across game design, art, programming, and math.

10. Manage discipline leads and hold them accountable to milestones, quality, and team behavior.

11. Coach producers and team leads under you as the studio scales.

12. Set the tone for how the studio communicates, surface risk, and resolves disagreement.

13. Build a culture of proactive issue surfacing and accountable execution.

14. Drive titles from concept through release-to-labs with full ownership of timeline, scope, and quality trade-offs.

15. Break each title into concrete asset list and track it to completion.

16. Review playable builds regularly and represent the player experience in production decisions.

17. Surface and resolve cross-discipline blockers before they impact schedule.

18. Coordinate closely with external support disciplines that operate outside the studio, including audio, specialized art services, and other contributing functions.

19. Build working partnerships with sister studios contributing content, components, or shared technology to the portfolio.

20. Manage external vendor relationships where they touch your titles.

21. Represent the studio in gate reviews with global product and design leadership.

22. Partner with senior leadership in the US and Japan on title progress, risk and strategic decisions.

23. Translate studio reality up the chain honestly and translate strategic intent down to the team clearly.

24. Operate as the trusted operational voice for the studio in a highly visible global role.
