Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the growth and daily operations of our Philippines market. The ideal candidate should possess strong operational, analytical, and coordination skills, with the ability to execute marketing campaigns, monitor business performance, optimize user engagement, and collaborate effectively across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing promotional campaigns, retention activities, and user engagement initiatives.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Liaise with Product, Development, Customer Support, Payment, and Compliance teams to resolve operational issues.
• Conduct operational testing and verification before campaign launches.
• Monitor operational risks and escalate issues when necessary.
• Create and manage content for gaming and social media platforms.

Requirements

• Experience handling the Philippines market is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to interpret business data and generate actionable insights.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, promotional management, and user segmentation.
