- Provide exceptional customer service to gaming patrons.
- Assist in the management and operation of gaming areas.
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal policies.
- Help customers with inquiries and support during gameplay.
- Monitor gaming equipment and report any issues to management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years (Fresh graduates welcome).
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office and computer literacy.
- Skills and Competencies: Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to assist with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
