- Provide excellent customer service to all guests in the gaming area.
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards.
- Assist customers with inquiries and guide them through the gaming process.
- Monitor gaming machines and equipment for proper functioning and report issues.
- Promote various games and tournaments to enhance guest participation.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years).
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledgeable in KYC principles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer use.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong customer service orientation.
