Job Description
- Working closely with the design team on FF&E requirements and selection.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders on all project related information pertaining to FF&E.
- Attending meetings with the client and take ownership of material board and furniture presentations.
- Have a thorough knowledge of the client and their requirements.
- Prepare material boards and relevant documentation.
- Prepare the necessary documentation required for the creation of purchase requests of furniture, special finishes and special design items.
- Pre-sourcing of furniture, finished and specialty items
- Degree in Architecture, Interior, Furniture or Industrial Design
- A strong knowledge of furniture systems, materials specification and their respective procurement process
- Establish a network of vendors, suppliers and special service providers
- Willingness to travel (local and international)
- Software competency: MS Office programs, CAD. Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop
