We are looking for a Japanese Bilingual Consultant (Japanese & English) with business level proficiency in reading and speaking who, along with using a deep knowledge of S/4HANA capabilities as a functional consultant, can also drive design workshops with the client and be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, gap analysis in any of the areas in S4 FI/CO/PP/SD/MM/PM.

They should be able to:

• Independently handle or Lead team of functional consultants for tasks related to design workshops, configuration, testing, UAT, Cutover, GO-Live & Post GO-Live support activities.
• Demonstrate unique offerings in any of S/4 HANA capabilities (FI with Vertex tax engine experience/CO/PP/SD/MM/PM) and derive value during design, development, and implementation of new and improved business processes.
• Support business assessment and roadmaps for clients, Client advisory on S/4HANA led transformation to overcome client’s business challenges.
• Assist with solutions for end-to-end RFPs (request for proposal)

Requirements

• The candidate must have 5–9 years of total work experience with proficiency in SAP, any module, as a functional consultant and business level proficiency in Japanese and English.
• Advise clients on the SAP processes based on leading industry practices.
• Effectively perform a FIT-GAP analysis.
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to end user teams on best practices.
• Ensure all client activities are documented and tracked in the system.
• Participate in the development of thought leadership content, including white papers and presentations on High-Tech industry topics.
