Functional System Tester Junior

Position Overview We are looking for a Functional System Tester Junior to support testing activities for an Employee Experience Program (EEP). The role involves validating system configurations, integrations, and business processes across multiple platforms while working closely with the Test Manager and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and document test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Execute Functional Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), End-to-End (E2E), and Regression Testing.
• Validate data flow and system interactions across integrated platforms.
• Record test results and provide testing evidence such as screenshots and logs.
• Log, track, retest, and verify defects until resolution.
• Support business users during UAT and provide basic system guidance.
• Participate in defect triage and status reporting activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, HR, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on software/system testing experience.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project environments is preferred.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday is an advantage.
• Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Workday or other enterprise SaaS/HR systems.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies, regression testing, and defect management.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a global environment.
