We are looking for an experienced Jira Developer with strong expertise in Jira ITSM / Jira Service Management to design, configure, and support enterprise Jira platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in workflow customization, Groovy scripting, automation, and platform administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Jira ITSM forms and service management solutions
• Develop and maintain custom Jira workflows, business rules, and automation
• Create and manage Groovy scripts using ScriptRunner or similar tools
• Support Jira platform administration, upgrades, and patch management
• Ensure optimal system performance, availability, and reliability
• Troubleshoot Jira-related issues and provide technical support
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve workflows
• Integrate Jira with third-party applications and APIs when needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Jira Developer or Jira Administrator
• Strong experience in Jira ITSM / Jira Service Management
• Hands-on experience with Groovy scripting and ScriptRunner
• Knowledge of workflow customization, automation, and business rules
• Experience handling Jira platform support, upgrades, and maintenance
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integrations
• Understanding of Agile and ITIL processes is an advantprocesses is an advantage
