A Full Stack Software Engineer builds, tests, and maintains scalable software applications from the user interface to the database. You will design systems, develop RESTful APIs, optimize performance, and collaborate closely with cross-functional Agile delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Translate user stories and business requirements into clean, scalable, and secure code for both front-end interfaces and back-end services.
• Front-end & Back-end Integration: Design modular, responsive UIs (e.g., ReactJS) and build robust backend systems, REST APIs, and microservices (e.g., Java Spring Boot or Python).
• System & Technical Design: Contribute to architectural planning, system integration, and database management (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Testing & Code Quality: Perform unit testing, conduct peer code reviews, and ensure compliance with software standards, security policies, and performance KPIs.
• DevOps & Cloud: Collaborate with QA engineers, assist with CI/CD pipeline deployments, and work within cloud environments like AWS or GCP.

Ideal Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Generally 3 to \(6+\) years of professional experience in full-stack web application development.
• Tech Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Java, or Python).
• Tools & Concepts: Solid grasp of Relational/NoSQL databases, web services (REST/JSON), and Git version control.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, Agile/Scrum participation, and effective cross-functional communication.
• Non-negotiable requirements: Java development experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate
• Work setup: Hybrid (2–3x a week RTO)
