• Oversee company IT infrastructure, including the secure management of credentials, accounts, and access controls.
• Maintain, improve, and build out tools to streamline day-to-day operations.
• Spearhead the design and development of internal software to improve workflows for team members and partner agencies.
• Lead and guide a team of developers to execute specific project builds. (occasional)

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of proven front-end and back-end development experience.
• Highly proficient in Python, React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, GitHub, Vercel, Electron, and MongoDB.
• Strong background integrating external and Google APIs independently (without relying on AI).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including complex formulas, data cleaning techniques, and database structuring.
• Logical, detail-oriented, and systematic approach to problem-solving and project execution.
• Amenable to work onsite 6 days a week in BGC.
