We’re seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our team at Figshelf. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining the backend architecture that powers our platform. You will work closely with the frontend and product teams to ensure seamless performance, scalability, and reliability of our services.

• Develop, test, and maintain server-side logic and APIs to support a scalable and efficient backend.
• Implement and manage integrations with AWS services, including S3 for file storage and related functionalities.
• Design and maintain databases using PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.
• Use Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment pipelines to maintain smooth delivery processes.
• Collaborate with the frontend team to integrate APIs and ensure optimal platform functionality.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance, uptime, and security.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest backend technologies and best practices.

• 3+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in Next.js and experience with server-side frameworks.
• Extensive experience with AWS services, particularly S3 and related tools.
• Expertise in database design and management using PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Advantage - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Salary Range - Up to PHP 70,000.00 depending on experience
