岗位职责

负责前端整体架构设计与技术演进，推动技术标准与最佳实践落地。
主导微前端、SSR 等核心架构方案设计与实施，提升系统可扩展性与跨团队协作效率。
负责前端工程化体系建设，包括构建优化、CI/CD、性能监控与稳定性保障。
设计并沉淀组件库、脚手架及公共能力平台，提升研发效率。
参与复杂业务系统的技术攻关与性能优化，保障高质量交付。
探索 AI 提升研发效能的落地实践（如代码分析、自动化审查等）。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，5年以上前端开发经验，有架构设计或技术负责人经验优先。
具备 React 实践经验，熟练使用 TypeScript。
熟悉微前端架构及 SSR 实践，具备大型项目架构经验。
熟悉 Webpack/Vite/Rollup 等构建工具及性能优化策略。
熟悉 Node.js，有一定全栈开发能力。
深入理解浏览器原理与前端性能优化方法。
具备良好的技术抽象能力与跨团队协作能力。

Working Hours:

Fixed Schedule·09:00-18:30
