As our Client Concierge, you’re the first hello and the person who keeps everything moving smoothly, from bookings to first impressions.

Your day looks like:

• Welcoming clients and setting the mood for their visit
• Managing bookings, confirmations, and walk-ins
• Answering questions clearly and confidently
• Keeping client interactions warm, never awkward

You’ll probably love this role if:

• You’ve worked in hospitality, retail, or guest services
• You’re naturally good with people (and better at reading the room)
• You’re organized, observant, and quietly efficient
• You like systems (Notion is a plus!) and staying a step ahead
• You’re curious in beauty, skin, and laser (expertise comes later, we’ll teach you!)
• You stay cool when things get busy
