- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation.
- Manage reservations and requests for special services.
- Coordinate guest services with other hotel departments.
- Handle guest complaints and emergencies with a calm and efficient approach.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Experience Level: Entry Level (0–2 years).
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
