Responsibilities
- Responsible for monitoring foreign/local employees time in/out
- Responsible for office hygiene
- Office epidemic protection, office security, security check
- Meeting schedule Communicate with the property management building
- Consumables replenishment and warehouse entry and exit registration
- Office repairs, maintenance & follow-up
- Handle office staff inquiries, needs and complaints
- Office daily paperwork

Job Requirements
- must have good English communication skills
- must be knowledgeable in excel
- can work 12hrs and shifting schedule
