- Greet and assist visitors and clients with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and welcoming.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate as necessary.
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office applications, strong customer service skills, and effective scheduling abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, typically within an office or hotel setting.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
