Duties
- Report to work consistently on time, dressed and groomed appropriately.
- Greet guests upon entering the branch cordially, making an effort to learn and use proper names.
- Respond immediately to the service needs in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
- Maintain a current knowledge of all services and The Spa Wellness membership information.
- Provide current and accurate information regarding The Spa Wellness’ services, Barre3 classes, and Skin services.
- Operate telephone equipment using proper telephone etiquette at all times.
- Operate computer (POS) and cash drawer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or any related course
- At least 1 year of working experience in the same capacity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have numerical competence.
- Newcomers are welcome to apply.
- Willing to be assign in Trinoma.
