KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist all visitors, tenants, and guests upon entry
- Direct and guide people to elevators, floors, and facilities
- Manage elevator traffic during peak hours and avoid overcrowding
- Assist PWDs, elderly, and guests with heavy items
- Provide information and directions within the building
- Monitor lobby area for safety, cleanliness, and order
- Report incidents, concerns, or facility issues to Building Admin/Security
