Description

• Manage end-to-end ocean freight operations for import and export shipments.
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure timely shipment of goods.
• Oversee documentation and compliance requirements for international shipping.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the supply chain.
• Analyze and optimize transportation costs and logistics processes.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in ocean freight operations
• Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of supply chain management and import/export procedures, preferably familiar with CargoWise
• Responsibilities and Duties: Proven ability to manage logistics operations and customer service effectively
• Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent communicator
• Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment requiring strong organizational skills
