- Coordinate and monitor import and export shipments from booking to delivery.
- Prepare and review shipping documents (e.g., Master Waybill, Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List).
- Ensure timely lodgment and processing of entries with customs and other regulatory bodies.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all customs regulations, tariffs, and documentation requirements.
- Track shipments and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders.
- Compute and validate duties, taxes, and freight charges.
- Handle claims and issues related to damaged or lost shipments.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and customs brokers to optimize freight operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date freight and shipment records.
- Analyze freight costs and propose cost-saving initiatives
- Location assignment will be on Aseana 2 Paranaque City.
- Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and Incoterms.
- Familiarity with manifest processing, lodgment, and tariff classification.
- Proficient in shipment documentation and customs clearance procedures.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with logistics systems is a plus.
