Description
A. Operations
- Solicit and attend in customer bookings throughout the entire process of Import and Exportation
- Prepare and review shipping documents, including HBL, MBL, commercial invoices, packing list, and Certificates of origin
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their import and export logistics requirements
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and monitor the entire logistics procedure. (Operations, Principal and Accounting)
- Assist in resolving issues related to shipments, delays, and customers clearance
- Facilitate smooth communication between clients, carriers, and customs authorities
- Timely preparation and processing of shipping documentation (Import and Export) ex.HBL, MBL, Billing documents, Carriers Invoice
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues related to logistics services
- Stay informed about industry developments and proactively share relevant information with customers
- Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned
B. Cost Management
- Avoid unnecessary charges such as amendment and late manifest
- Provides up to date details to avoid demurrage detention
C. Customer Satisfaction
- Provides timely accurate and complete information
- Identify and assess customer if needs to achieve satisfaction
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Build sustainable relationship and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints, provider appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Follow communication guidelines and policies
D. Personal Development
- Establish work development needs
- Make changes on the path to development
- Develop an action plan
- Increase productivity
Requirement
- Must be a graduate of BS Administration / BS Customs Administration or related
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- Background or experience with Logistic/Shipping/Freight Forwarding
- Willing to be train
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Amenable to work/relocate in San Pedro, Laguna
