We are hiring a Franchise Officer to manage and support franchise operations for our food service business.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in onboarding new franchisees
• Monitor franchisee performance and compliance
• Provide support and training to franchise partners
• Ensure quality standards and operational efficiency across franchises

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of franchise operations is a plus

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate
• Experience in a similar role or food service industry is an advantage
