KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Loading, Unloading, and Material Handling

• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and properly stack them in designated storage areas.
• Load finished goods onto delivery trucks in accordance with dispatch schedules.
• Operate forklift safely to move goods to assigned locations within the warehouse.
• Assist in backloading of returned or rejected items.

Stock Movement and Order Picking

• Locate, identify, and move stock to pallets or crates for storage, shipment, or delivery.
• Pick and prepare items accurately based on Sales Orders, Delivery Receipts, or Pick Lists.
• Ensure correct quantity and product specifications before releasing items for delivery.
• Assist in periodic inventory counting and stock reconciliation activities.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Shipping and Receiving Support

• Assist in receiving deliveries by verifying quantities and inspecting for damages.
• Ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing items.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics teams for timely dispatch of orders.
• Label, wrap, and secure goods to prevent damage during storage and transport.

Equipment Operation and Maintenance

• Inspect forklift and other warehouse equipment before and after use to ensure operational safety.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and report mechanical issues for repair.
• Clean and maintain forklift and related equipment regularly.
• Ensure equipment is parked and stored safely after use.

Warehouse Organization and Safety Compliance

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse premises.
• Ensure proper stacking and storage practices to prevent accidents or damage.
• Follow health and safety policies, company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and warehouse regulations at all times.
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while on duty.
• Immediately report safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor.

Administrative and Operational Support

• Assist in inventory documentation and updating stock records when required.
• Support warehouse team during peak operations or urgent deliveries.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior.

Perform other tasks or special assignments as directed by the Superior and/or Management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• With valid forklift operator certification/license. 
• With relevant forklift operating experience preferred.
• Physically fit and able to perform warehouse duties.
• Knowledgeable in basic warehouse safety procedures.
• Responsible, attentive, and able to follow instructions.
