Responsibilities

1. Operate forklift (counterbalance and reach truck) to move merchandise to its location
2. Load and unload deliveries from suppliers
3. Transport and ensure correct placement of merchandise in designated storage areas
4. Stack and organize pallets to maintain safe and efficient storage
5. Assist in the inventory count and ensure accurate stock movement
6. Assist in maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization
7. Remove obstructions and maintain clear aisles and pathways
8. Participate in 5S, zoning and warehouse housekeeping routines
9. Performs pre-operations and post operation inspection of forklift (battery, brakes, forks hydraulic, tire etc.)
10. Report and logs any defects, abnormalities or needed repairs immediately
11. Ensures forklift is always clean, charged and in good working condition.
12. Ensure proper securing of loads to prevent accidents.

Job Requirements

1. Amenable for Indirect Work
2. Candidate must be at least high school graduate or vocational course graduate
3. At least 1 year of experience operating a forklift
4. Valid Forklift Operator Certificate or license
5. Good communication and teamwork skills
6. Ability to follow instruction and work with minimal supervision
7. Safety conscious
8. Attention to detail
9. Ability to work under pressure
10. Ability to work on shifting schedule
