- Equipment Operation: Operate sit-down, stand-up, electric, propane, or diesel forklifts to transport materials between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas, ensuring safe handling and load stability
- Load Handling: Efficiently load and unload trucks, trailers, and storage racks, securing pallets and verifying stability to prevent accidents
- Inventory Management: Track, label, scan, and maintain accurate inventory records, assist with physical counts and stock rotation (FIFO) as needed
- Safety Compliance: Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines, wear required PPE, maintain clear visibility, and report hazards, near misses, or equipment defects
- Maintenance Checks: Conduct pre-shift inspections, perform minor repairs, and report major equipment malfunctions to supervisors
- Warehouse Organization: Keep aisles and work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards; support picking, packing, and order staging tasks
- Willing to take on other duties and tasks as assigned.
