Job Description

• Assist in the inspection of the ongoing housing units and land development.
• Identify repair work and coordinate with the contractors.
• Prepare the units for occupancy of house owners.
• Issue non-compliance report and monitor rectifications.

Minimum Requirements

• Preferably with experience in construction works.
• Knowledge of engineering plans is an advantage.
• Willing to be relocated to any project sites.
• Amenable to work in Capas, Tarlac.
