Job Description
- Oversee daily operations on-site to ensure project completion.
- Coordinate tasks among workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage materials and equipment to optimize productivity.
- Communicate with project managers regarding progress and issues.
- Train and mentor crew members to enhance skills.
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in construction management or supervisory roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of safety regulations.
- Working Conditions: Primarily outdoor work in various weather conditions, may require physical labor.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, dependable, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
