Engineering Foreman

Job Responsibilities

• Operations Supervision: Supervise daily workshop activities, guiding machinists to ensure maximum productivity and safety
• Quality Assurance: Evaluate daily accomplishment reports and inspect fabricated moulds for precision and quality
• Timeline Management: Monitor mould development schedules to ensure all deliverables are met on time
• Production Alignment: Ensure all machine operations run according to pre-established production plans
• Technical Training: Train, mentor, and upskill machinists on advanced fabrication techniques and workshop safety
• Hands-on Maintenance: Perform machine setups, system calibrations, and routine preventative maintenance

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred)
• Experience: 2–3 years of solid experience working within a manufacturing, machining, or production plant environment
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in mechanical drafting/blueprints and comprehensive understanding of industrial machine operations
• Core Strengths: Exceptional analytical capabilities, strong organizational skills, and natural leadership instincts
