JOB SUMMARY

  • The Foreman/Leadman is responsible for controlling the release of repaired units to customers after it passes the specified TMP Standards and work described in Job Repair Order.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Supervise workshop operation including Kodawari, EM an PPE compliance;
  2. Conduct diagnosis on units with technician. Perform road test if necessary.
  3. Monitor and assist technicians on repair progress and technical problems;
  4. Train/coach to improve the ability of team members and their efficiency;
  5. Coordinate and communicate towards Service Advisors about all parts to be replaced and recommendations;
  6. Coordinate with Job Controller on the status of the parts' availability;
  7. Performs final check-up on units repaired to meet customer's satisfaction;
  8. Coordinate with Warranty Section regarding parts under warranty;
  9. Monitor group workshop sales performance to increase productivity;
  10. Maintain 5s in the workshop sales performance to increase productivity;
  11. Participate in Small Group Activities;
  12. Promote Safety Awareness at all times in the workshop; and
  13. Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least 2 year Vocational course
  • With minimum experience of 3 years as Foreman/Leadman
  • Willing to work in Commonwealth, Quezon City
  • Can start ASAP
