• Supervising construction workers and subcontractors ensuring they perform tasks correctly and promptly.
• Planning daily work schedules, project tasks and resource allocation and project timelines are met.
• Reviewing construction plans and specifications to maintain accuracy and quality of the work performed.
• Conducting regular site inspections to enforce adherence to safety and building regulations.
• Communicating effectively with project managers, architects engineers and other stakeholders about progress and any issues on site.
• Problem-solving on-site issues and making quick decisions to prevent project delays.
• Maintaining detailed records of construction processes worker attendance and project cost.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong Leadership
• Knowledge of health and safety regulation.
• Work experience at the same field.
