HVAC Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the HVAC installation and maintenance crew on job sites. 

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair work at project sites.
• Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine job requirements and ensure correct execution.
• Allocate tasks to HVAC technicians and helpers, ensuring efficient use of labor and materials.
• Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Provide hands-on support in complex installations or troubleshooting.
• Communicate with Project Managers, Engineers, and other trades to resolve issues and coordinate schedules.
• Track daily progress and prepare site reports and documentation.
• Ensure job site cleanliness, safety practices, and proper use of PPE.
• Inspect completed work for compliance before turning over to the client or inspector.

1. Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
2. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, ductwork, and piping.
3. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
4. Proven leadership and team management skills.
5. Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
