Job Summary:

The Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications and schedules. The role includes managing workers, monitoring daily operations, coordinating with engineers and project managers, and ensuring compliance with company and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities and manpower on site
• Assign tasks and monitor workers’ productivity and performance
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and timelines
• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Monitor materials, tools, and equipment usage on site
• Conduct daily site inspections and ensure quality workmanship
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and company policies
• Prepare daily accomplishment reports and manpower reports
• Resolve on-site issues and provide immediate solutions when necessary
• Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the work area
• Monitor project progress and report delays or concerns to management
• Assist in project planning and scheduling of activities

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate, Vocational Course, or College Level
• With 5–10 years of experience as a Foreman in construction projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledgeable in construction procedures, materials, and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned to various project locations
• Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Physically fit and able to handle site operations
