Job Description
- Supervision and Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the work of electricians, ensuring efficient and safe completion of tasks.
- Planning and Layout: Plan and layout wiring diagrams, conduit systems, and electrical panel locations.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures, and that work complies with codes and specifications.
- Project Management: Monitor project progress, ensure it stays on schedule and within budget, and manage materials and equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot electrical problems, diagnose issues, and implement solutions.
- Training and Mentoring: Train and mentor electricians in safety protocols and job skills.
- Quality Control: Inspect electricians' work to ensure quality meets standards.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electrical codes, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical systems.
- Leadership and Management: Ability to supervise, motivate, and coordinate a team.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems.
- Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
- Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Organization and Planning: Ability to plan, schedule, and organize work effectively.
- Knowledge of Materials and Equipment: Familiarity with electrical materials, tools, and equipment.
