Description
- Oversee daily construction operations and ensure project timelines are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and tradesmen to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Assist in the management of labor and materials to maintain budgets.
- Report progress to project managers and address any issues promptly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level:2-5 years
- Skills and Competencies:Strong leadership and communication skills
- Skills and Competencies:Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Qualities and Traits:Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
- Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
