- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Manage and lead a team of workers, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor quality control and ensure work meets specifications.
- Resolve on-site problems and make decisions to keep the project on track.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 3–5 years
- Skills and Competencies: Problem solving, leadership, team management, decision-making, quality control
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities
