INSTRUMENTATION FOREMAN
Work Location: Guyong, Sta. Maria, Bulacan
Salary: ₱25,000–₱30,000 (Negotiable)
JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Instrumentation Foreman to lead daily instrumentation and control operations, supervise technicians, and help ensure reliable and efficient plant performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee daily operations of instrumentation and control systems
• Supervise, guide, and assign tasks to instrumentation technicians
• Perform and support troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Maintain accurate equipment documentation and system records
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• At least 5 years of experience in instrumentation or a related field
• Strong knowledge of PLC systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance experience is an advantage
