Description
- Lead and supervise the moulding team to ensure production efficiency and quality.
- Monitor and maintain moulding equipment to prevent breakdowns.
- Train new team members on best practices in moulding processes.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet production schedules.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance among team members.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing
- Strong technical knowledge of moulding processes and equipment
- Experience in injection and blow moulding operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
