Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Food Technology/Industrial Engineering or any related course graduate to join our production team. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily manufacturing processes, ensuring that all food products meet our quality standards, and maintaining strict compliance with food safety protocols.


Key Responsibilities

  • Production Oversight: Monitor the daily production line to ensure efficiency and hit the required output targets.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet sensory (taste, smell, texture) and technical specifications.
  • Food Safety & Hygiene: Strictly implement and monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP standards, and 5S protocols within the production area.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production logs, inventory usage, and quality control reports.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in identifying areas for improvement in the production flow to reduce waste and improve product consistency.
  • Equipment Monitoring: Ensure all production machinery is clean and operating correctly before and after shifts.


Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Nutrition, or any related science/engineering course.
  • Experience: No experience required! We are happy to train fresh graduates who are eager to learn.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of Excel and a general understanding of how a factory works.
  • Physical: Willing to work on the production floor and stay active throughout the shift.
  • Attitude: Disciplined, hardworking, and has a "keen eye" for spotting small mistakes.
