- Develop and improve food products and processes to ensure quality and safety.
- Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate food characteristics and nutritional content.
- Work closely with food engineers and production teams to implement new technologies.
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Analyze consumer preferences and market trends to guide product development.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and innovative
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a team environment
- Working Conditions: Willingness to work in laboratory and manufacturing settings
