- Conduct research and development of new food products, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.
- Analyze food samples and production processes to improve efficiency and quality assurance measures.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop formulations that meet nutritional and regulatory requirements.
- Test and evaluate food products for quality and flavor, making adjustments as necessary based on sensory analysis.
- Provide technical support and guidance on food processing equipment and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of food chemistry, nutrition, preservation, and processing techniques
- Proficiency in quality assurance, food laws, and regulations
- Can operate laboratory tools and equipments
- Attentive to details and strong documentation skills.
